Coronation Street actress Lisa George provided a glimpse into her first working day of the New Year. The 51-year-old actress, famed for her role as Beth Tinker, shared a backstage selfie on her Instagram story. She shared a smiling picture and captioned, “And she’s back! New Year!New contract! New day!! She added, “‘Happy New Year to you all!! Xx.”Additionally, she put up a reunion picture with former onscreen niece Katie McGlynn. On the picture with Katie, Coronation Street star wrote, ‘Had a great time catching up with this beauty.”
The Coronation Street actress entered the Weatherfield in 2011. Since then, she has been delivering some of the big storylines, including romance with Kirk Sutherland. The recent plot involving the return of ex-boyfriend Marco has added tension to Beth’s life in Coronation Street. Additionally, a Corrie source revealed that she will be leaving the show in the summer of 2024.
The sources said, “Lisa has been on Corrie for a long time, and she’s had some great storylines.
