ITV Coronation Street spoilers – Bethany Platt’s revenge as she’s set to expose Daisy Midgeley’s big crime

Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon) sees an opportunity and grabs it with both hands in Coronation Street soon – and it involves revenge on Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan).

In February, after Bethany had an article published about Daisy’s past with Ryan (Ryan Prescott), she lost her job due to Daisy taking legal action and getting her own back.

In upcoming episodes, the ball is back in Bethany’s court as she realises Daisy has been telling a few lies about the size of her bank account.

As Daisy climbs out of Tim’s (Joe Duttine) taxi with her shopping bags, Bethany reckons she must have spent a fortune but Daisy snaps and says it’s all from the charity shops.

In the Rovers, an intrigued Bethany overhears Jenny (Sally Ann Matthews) tearing a strip off Daisy for spending so much money on her shopping spree, and says they both need to keep a low-profile when it comes to cash.

Later, when Tim lets slip that he picked Daisy up from the centre of Manchester, Bethany realises she was lying.

In the week, Bethany persuades a reluctant Daisy to let her help with the cooking for their dinner.

While Daisy is distracted, Bethany turns the oven up on the apple pie.

With the dessert burnt to a crisp, Daisy heads out to buy a replacement, leaving Bethany and Ryan to prepare the evening meal.

When Jenny calls Ryan through to the bar, Bethany seizes the opportunity to rifle through drawers, stuffs something in her handbag and then hurries out.

Back at the flat, Bethany takes out Stephen’s (Todd Boyce) journal from her bag and flicks through it, intrigued.

But will Bethany find out Daisy stole Stephen’s money at the end of last year?
