BBC Nadine’s Pregnancy a HORRIFIC Scheme to Haunt Jay FOREVER!
EastEnders fans are convinced they've worked out another evil twist with Nadine - as she targets Jay Brown in a scam by pretending she is pregnant with his baby
EastEnders fans have rumbled another twist with Nadine – after she targeted Jay Brown.
Nadine arrived in Albert Square a few months ago after Jay’s wife Lola passed away. He was struggling with his emotions following her death and turned to Nadine in his time of need, only for her to encourage him to take drugs.
She later returned to Walford with some ‘news’ for Jay that she was pregnant. She told him she was expecting his child but it was later revealed that the pregnancy was fake, with Nadine seemingly trying to extort money from Jay.
Fans have rumbled a big twist with Nadine, and they’re convinced her plan is much more sinister than first thought.

One fan wrote: “Does anyone else think it might come out that nadine watched Lola’s YouTube videos and made herself look like Lola on purpose, and planned bumping into jay all to get money off him eventually. Would be a more sinister turn but better than the current storyline,” whilst a second added: “Hopefully not. I am more than happy to think we have seen the end of Nadine.”
“Jay was just one of MANY clients. She even brought one of her clients to the vic + tried it on with PC plod,” a third shared, with a fourth writing: “Personally, I don’t think so. I think Jay was just an easy target. I don’t think we will see any more of her after this.”
Jamie Borthwick, who plays Jay on the BBC soap, has revealed his character is desperate to settle after what happened with Lola.
“We all know Jay, he’s a good man, as Perry Fenwick calls him, he’s a good man. So he does certainly live up to the responsibility – I think he’s sucked into this dream, he buys into it. He absolutely has no reason to not believe, so yeah, he’s all for it, and he steps up when called upon because he is a good man,” he explained.
“He’s a bit all over the place, really. At this particular moment on-screen, the other little blondie’s about to walk back in, the old little Lola lookalike, she’s about to walk back in. So it’s little bit all over the place at the moment, but the marathon has kind of taken a backseat with all this, what’s going on with Nadine’s return and the Oppenheimer bomb that she drops.”
